The Event Agency executed a garden-themed charity event for 2000 guests benefitting the Children's Hospital for Eastern Ontario.

On a sunny day in Ottawa, Costco's Golf & Gala charity event was hosted at the impressive EY Center, uniting 2000 guests in support the Children’s Hospital for Eastern Ontario (CHEO).
The event was masterfully brought to life by The Event Agency who conceptualized the event from beginning to end, executing a production spanning over 100,000 sq ft across 3 separate rooms. The Event Agency expertly managed the complex logistics and 3-day installation, coordinating with more than 12 vendors to ensure the seamless execution of every detail.
The event kicked off with an inspiring opening speech highlighting the accomplishments of the year, setting the stage for the extraordinary evening. Guests were then treated to a cocktail reception where they indulged in an array of culinary delights served at various food stations hosted by Costco vendors.
As the evening progressed, the festivities moved to the main event, the Gala. The Event Agency flawlessly executed a striking garden-themed ambiance, complete with gazebos embellished with greenery, themed food service, and floral treatments throughout, creating a truly unforgettable experience.
