The Event Agency created a glistening winter wonderland immersive experience for the Birks' Snowflake High Jewelry Launch.

The premium Canadian high jewelry brand, Birks, asked The Event Agency to produce its annual Snowflake Launch to showcase its High Jewelry collection to media and press. The launch consisted of three separate events in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, during which Birks invited press, clients and influencers into a dynamic winter wonderland environment displaying pieces from the new collection.
The Event Agency conceptualized the design of the three events, ensuring consistency and sophistication, while incorporating several “wow” moments. A majestic entrance enticed guests towards the event, and once inside, visitors were transported into an immersive holiday experience, complete with a forrest of twinkling pine trees. Guests were invited to a private viewing, entering in intimate groups to try the glistening collection while enjoying winter treats including a hot cocoa bar, cozy finger foods and of course, a toast of champagne.
