Turning Back Time, the Costco Way

Our team took the 80s disco concept and brought it to life with era-inspired staging, lighting, and decor. Working closely with Costco Canada, we managed the event from concept through execution, ensuring every moment—from the opening presentation to the final dessert cocktail—aligned with the brand’s message and energy. We curated an immersive F&B experience built around Costco’s own product offerings, paired with custom Nespresso cocktails, to spotlight the brand’s value and quality in a fun, experiential way.

The event began with a keynote from Canadian VPs highlighting Costco’s international growth in 2024, setting the tone for a day of pride and celebration. Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception featuring a curated selection of Costco products, followed by a sit-down dinner. A standout moment of the evening was the cheque presentation to CHEO hospital, reinforcing Costco’s strong community values. The night wrapped with a dessert cocktail service and a dance floor that kept the 80s vibe alive well into the evening.
