For the second consecutive year, we partnered with Lundbeck Canada to bring their National Meeting to life, this time set against the scenic winter backdrop of Mont-Tremblant. The 4-day company retreat centered on the 2025 theme: “Focused Innovation” and was designed to foster connection, creativity, and corporate alignment. Through a carefully curated blend of business sessions, collaborative activities, and memorable moments, this retreat provided an energizing start to the year.

Crafting Connection Through Innovation


From strategic planning to on-site execution, our team handled every detail. We transformed the Fairmont Tremblant into a branded, immersive environment that supported Lundbeck’s key messages. Our production and creative teams managed all technical and design elements for both the high-energy plenary session and the elegant awards gala. Meanwhile, our logistics crew ensured seamless transportation, hotel coordination, and F&B service across the entire retreat. The custom event app helped keep attendees informed and engaged throughout the experience.


Innovation Meets Impact


Throughout the week, attendees participated in various activations designed to reinforce community and creativity. The collaborative team building activity—where each person decorated a piece of a quilt that was sewn together into a collective artwork—symbolized unity and innovation. Dine arounds allowed teams to connect in smaller groups at local restaurants, while the launch of a new product brought excitement and forward momentum. The event wrapped with a gala awards night, celebrating excellence within the company in style.
