The Event Agency is growing—and Toronto is our newest home. Known for producing show-stopping holiday events, unforgettable brand activations, and immersive experiences across North America, we’re excited to officially plant roots in the Greater Toronto Area.


Toronto has long been on our radar. It’s one of the most dynamic cities in the world—a hub of culture, creativity, and innovation. From luxury automotive debuts to retail activations in Canada’s top shopping centers, we’ve already had the chance to produce some of our

signature experiences in the GTA. 


Now, with our Toronto office officially open, we’re ready to bring even more unforgettable moments to life.

L’Oréal Glycolic Gloss Activation at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour


When Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour arrived in Toronto, the city buzzed with excitement—and L’Oréal wanted to capture that moment. We partnered with them to design a stunning Glycolic Gloss activation that allowed fans to experience beauty in an interactive way.


The pop-up offered concertgoers a chance to step into the L’Oréal Paris world and engage with the brand’s newest products in a fun, shareable environment. From vibrant installations to on-site gloss applications, it became a space where fans could connect with beauty and music at the same time.


Tapping into a cultural moment like the Eras Tour meant L’Oréal not only showcased their products but also became part of the larger fan experience. For us, this project was a perfect example of how strategic design and cultural alignment can elevate a brand’s visibility in a meaningful way.



McLaren Toronto: Canadian Debut of the Artura Spider 2024


Luxury, speed, and sophistication came together when McLaren unveiled the Artura Spider 2024 in Toronto. The Event Agency had the privilege of producing this spectacular Canadian debut.


Every detail was designed to reflect McLaren’s brand identity. The staging highlighted the sleek, futuristic design of the car, while the atmosphere created an exclusive environment where guests could fully immerse themselves in the world of McLaren. 

Attendees were treated to an event that balanced elegance and excitement, showcasing not only the vehicle but also the artistry of the brand.


Events like this demonstrate how experiential design can transform a product launch into a memorable story. For McLaren, it wasn’t just about revealing a car—it was about cementing their place in Toronto’s luxury automotive scene.



Birks Activation at Yorkdale Mall


Another highlight from our Toronto portfolio was the enchanting brand activation we produced for Birks at Yorkdale Mall. Yorkdale, known as one of the country’s top shopping destinations, provided the perfect stage for a campaign centered on elegance and aspiration.


Our concept invited shoppers to step into a dreamlike space that reflected the Birks brand: timeless, refined, and inspirational. Through imaginative design and immersive elements, we created an experience that encouraged exploration and discovery. 

Visitors weren’t just browsing jewelry; they were stepping into a story that celebrated beauty and craftsmanship.


For us, this project highlighted the power of retail activations in connecting with audiences. It wasn’t just about showcasing products—it was about crafting an emotional connection that stayed with visitors long after they left Yorkdale.



Creative Design Process: Photoshoot Collaboration
